It's CONTEST Time

Ok gals- here we go-

head on over to Lollishops. Hit the front page, look at it, browse around. Check out the listings, the vendor directory, and the different categories.

Then go hit our shop, Twigs and Feathers.

Then, come back here. Leave me a comment that addresses the following:

1. how easy/hard was it to navigate the site? Could you go back and forth between categories? Sites? If you bought something, how was the transaction?

2. did you find it user friendly, or frustrating? Specifics, please!

3. What did you like the most about the site?

4. What did you not like about the site?

5. What did you think about the site, overall?

You will be entered into a drawing for a choice of rose pins or manila tag packs. I will draw the names next Friday. I'm hoping that your comments will point both myself and the site in a better direction to serve you.

**If you BUY something, you get an extra entry for every item!**

Many thanks and HUGS- Lee

I enjoyed both of these sites, I really had no trouble moving around or viewing items. Love the over all feel, especially of Lollipops- but probably just because I love pink.

My only note would be on the pendants/ jewelry- I love seeing them gathered in their festive surroundings, but I would love a shot of them dangling, just to see how they dangle from the chain. Also- I wasn't sure on the cute gift boxes, are they included or do you pay extra? Maybe it is noted and I just missed it.

I am going to back to look more, but loved these cute sites for my online lusting! Great work.

I liked Lollishops but I had a little trouble (maybe aol) going to your shop. I actually had to go back on your blog and then enter that way. It reminds a bit of Etsy..which I love. I did find you on the side and then hit that and then somehow ended up with jpg of your header for your shop. But maybe it was just AOL...it was a little strange.

this is about the shop....

1. how easy/hard was it to navigate the site? Could you go back and forth between categories? Sites? If you bought something, how was the transaction? going back and forth between the categories was easy, but i am not sure that the categories actually distinguish one category from another...the categories listed are too ambiguous. this is ok if you are just browsing. also, see #4 below.

2. did you find it user friendly, or frustrating? Specifics, please! see #4 below...and...i went to the vendor directory. i clicked on the banners for a few shops, and i just saw the banner. i clicked on the title above the banner, and was sent back to the vendor directory again. then, i clicked on the link right under the banner, and that is the one that worked. so, i guess i would say that the links are broken. either they should all be linked to the same place or reduce the amount of links to one instead of the three.

3. What did you like the most about the site? how on each page, the seller was able to write about the item being sold. fun words and enthusiasm...and also the pesky little details about shipping and stuff.

4. What did you not like about the site? i looked at an item, hit arrow to go back to where i was, and i am hit with a whole page of stuff that was different from the first time i saw the page. not good if i saw two things that i wanted to view up close.

5. What did you think about the site, overall? fun and whimsical...a wide variety of boutique-y stuff... jewelry, furniture, art supplies. very much worth holding onto these sites for awhile and looking more!

the blog was great, too.
